Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Windsor

We stayed overnight at the Hampton Inn with our team and are very happy with our stay. Our room was clean and the breakfast had many options. Rylie at the front desk provided outstanding customer service and personally attended our room to take care of our requests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other sport teams looking for accommodation in the Windsor area.

Very clean. Loved the breakfast! People at the desk were very helpful and polite. The hotel had a good plan in place to let our hockey team have fun, but also respect their rules. Beautiful lobby with nice TVs and a place to bring in food to eat.

The staff 100 percent! Had an issue on my end with a booking error which was quickly fixed by the fantastic ladies at the front desk. They were quick to action and were able to fix my mix up and check me in quickly. Very much recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean, updated and they were able to put my geoup of friends in close by rooms. Breakfast was good, they had all the staples including some hot selections. The 24 hour coffee and tea was a bonus.

I came to windsor for a work trip. Every single employee i encountered did their best to make sure i was happy. During my stay the upgraded their TVs so now it is a smart TV you can connect to Netflix and all streaming services. 5 minute drive to the ambassador bridge. Lots of food around. Rooms are clean. The only issue would be if you are a light sleeper and get a room facing Huron church. You can definitely hear the traffic but it didnt bother me at all! Breakfast was good, standard compared to other hotels.

Robert was wonderful, helpful and he got us checked in quickly. Patrizia was very sweet and welcoming to us too. They all work as a team. Housekeepers and even the maintenence employees are wonderful. We stayed 4 nights, the price is reasonable, parking is free, the shower has body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. We had a issue with our heat, Robert had a maintenence man come up and fix it within 15 minutes of me letter him know we had a issue. They have streaming on the 55 inch TV, so we were able to watch Netflix. This location has complimentary coffee, take whatever you need just don't take extra is my feelings on that. The complimentary breakfast is the best breakfast we've had out of 100's of hotel's we've stayed at. We had a suite on floor 7, it was big, quite and it was very nice, it has a seperate area with a sink and frig. We didn't use the pool, the workout area has complimentary water refill dispenser. The bathroom lacks ventilation. It wasn't a big deal for my husband and I. We will be back. Thank you

I have been staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton on Huron Church Road in Windsor for over 25 yrs, it’s the only hotel I stay at when I come home to Windsor for a family visit. The reason why I always choose this hotel is not only because of their cleanliness and sense of home with their decor and amenities - it also because of their people. This past stay Edy at Front Desk greeted me with such an infectious smile noting that it had been a while since he saw us, he was so welcoming and professional. Then there was Tabitha in the kitchen, what an angel. She was so pleasant to my elderly, wheelchair bound mom, going out of her way to make her feel at home and assisted with anything she needed at breakfast. These two were simply amazing and made our stay memorable.

We had great stay here. Breakfast was upto the mark. Pool area was nice and clean. Room was spacious and comfortable. Few things that I should mention, like every standard suite, we were expecting a stove as part of kitchenette, which was missing. Addition of a bit of cutlery, even disposable would have made it easier. AC was a bit louder than usual. Overall it was great experience. Commute to Ambassador Bridge, food and groceries was just mins away.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Windsor with a large group. We booked about 12 rooms back in August. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the high level of service and hospitality this hotel provided. The customer service was truly outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure our group felt comfortable. Even though it was a busy weekend, the team never made us feel rushed or overlooked. Instead, they treated us with genuine warmth, which really set the tone for our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-kept. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the rooms, and everything felt fresh and inviting. Comfort is clearly a priority at this hotel, and our group appreciated the effort that goes into keeping the property in top condition. One of the highlights of our stay was the continental breakfast. It was far better than a typical hotel breakfast — fresh, plentiful, and with a wide selection of options that everyone in our group enjoyed. The ladies working in the breakfast area deserve special recognition. They were absolutely amazing: keeping the buffet fully stocked, ensuring the area was tidy, and even going out of their way to assist guests. Their hard work and positive energy really stood out, and it made mornings at the hotel a pleasure. Another nice feature was the fitness center. The kids in our group actually enjoyed spending time there, which was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, well-equipped, and gave them something fun and active to do in between our outings. If I had to point out one small downside, it would be the air conditioning units in the rooms. They worked well and kept the rooms cool, but they were a bit on the loud side. Some people in our group didn’t mind it, but for lighter sleepers like myself, it was noticeable. I mention this only for honesty’s sake, and it certainly wasn’t enough to take away from the overall positive experience. All in all, our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Windsor was excellent. Despite being busy, the hotel never felt overwhelming, and we always felt well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Windsor. The combination of great service, clean and comfortable rooms, a truly exceptional breakfast, and nice amenities like the gym makes it a standout choice. Without hesitation, I can say that next time I’m in Windsor, I’ll definitely be staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites again.
